Cannot find the plug in menu on the dashboard

  I’m admin for this new site and I need to add a plug in. Problem is that I can’t find anything on the site dealing with plug ins. It’s supposed to be between the ‘Appearance’ and ‘Users’ links in the left hand side dashboard. Any ideas on how to add this?

  You are not able to use any Plugin on a site created here at WordPress.com. Plugins are a feature of WordPress.org. There are many differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, you can read more on those differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
