cannot find theme

Hi guys! I am almost a beginner in WP. I am trying to find Alves in WP Library of themes when I enter from /wp-admin but seems it does not exist… Although I actually used it while testing the design on MySites.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That theme is available at https://wordpress.com/theme/alves
Or if you prefer you can find it at /wp-admin by adding /wp-admin/themes.php?theme=pub/alves to your site address. -

What’s the address of the site you’re working on?
To clear up any further confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. We, WordPress.com are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites. Whereas WordPress.org is a stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
The themes you can see in WordPress.com library are not the same ones you can download from WordPress.org one.

Yes. I should have added that if you wish to use that theme somewhere else rather than here at WordPress.com you need to scroll to the very bottom of https://wordpress.com/theme/alves to get the appropriate version.
