cannot find web page for domain renewal

  Morning,
  I have a problem with my web-page. The interface says I do not have any pages, although I am logged in.
  This is my page.https://marcfurnival.com/

  And I want to pay to maintain my domain name. I cannot remember if it is on auto renew? If so, could you tell me which card it is on?

  Log out from current marcfurnival031117 and log in again as marcfurnival.
