Cannot Find where confirmation is of payment was received!

I received an email stating my account needs to be renewed, but difficulties in receiving the payment with card I had on file. I have updated my card information, but do not see that payment was received. I do not want my account to be cancelled or my website to be non-functioning. How do I confirm that payment was indeed received? Please advise asap…
