Cannot Find WordPress blog in a Google search by my name

I am new at blogging, and it looks like I created different accounts, but I am not certain. In any case, when I run a Google search for the last two of my blog articles, I am not able to get a listing for jeburroughs+wordpress, I only get the first blog page. I have one on leadership and one on communication. I can see them both listed under my dashboard when I log in, but I cannot locate them in a search. I tried jeburroughs1989leadership wordpress for my second one and was able to get it to show, but no one that I know is going to know to type all of that in for a search. I cannot call up the communication one with anything I have tried. My privacy settings are set to allow search engines to display on each one, but it is not happening. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You have only four posts over the course of a year. Blog more and search engines will list your posts more accurately.

In the future, please do not create duplicate posts. It makes it much harder for people to help you out when the relevant information about your sites is spread across many threads.
