Cannot generate Google authenticator code to access account

  I set up two-step authentication process on my blog and then signed out of my account. I installed the google authenticator app on my iphone but it is asking for a “key” in order to generate the code to access my account.

  I’d just like to point out I’m asking this question on behalf of my flatmate, as she cannot obviously log into her account.
