Cannot get a refund for Domain Mapping

    Hello,
    Ever since yesterday I’ve been trying to cancel and refund a purchase I made yesterday for a Domain Mapping. Problem is, the Cancel & Refund simply doesn’t appear when I go in my Purchase list. How can I get a refund if I can’t access this option?
