Cannot get access to my domain even thought I’ve paid for it

  hello all., I’m trying to move my domain to a new host and it says it is locked. I own the domain current until 2022. 1) how can I find out who is hosting it now and 2) how can I get access to it.

  Hi there – I don’t see a domain upgrade on this account. Perhaps you have another account. What is the domain you are needing to get access to?
