Cannot get access to website

  I’ve tried logging into my website to make MUCH-needed changes (for a year now!!) and can’t get to it. Or move stuff to another website platform (that’s NOT WordPress). I’ve tried reading the forums, but they are written for people who are teckkies… not the layperson. I really want to resolve this!!
