Cannot get Authorization Code

I have a blog at Blog.com and they have been extremely unstable for the last year with constant crashing and no response to support issues. I created a wordpress blog and was able to have my content successfully transferred during a brief moment when my Blog,com site was actually fully working. I am trying to get my domain name over to wordpress. I have contacted Blog.com for my Authorization code but their support department doesn’t seem to exist. My domain name with Blog.com is due to expire in a few days but yet I can’t get the Authorization code . . . not sure what to do here. Can you help me?

My google authentication code isnt working. I am locked out of my blog and can’t seem to get any of my back up codes to work!

We currently don’t take incoming domain transfers. To map a domain you already own to your WordPress.com blog, you will need to purchase the Domain Mapping upgrade. You can find this upgrade by going to Store -> Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there.
