Cannot get back to my website and need to be reimburse!
-
Hello, I am contacting you because I have a problem, I created a wordpress.com account with (email visible only to moderators and staff) and purchase a subscription for one year that I paid. After a couple of days I could not connect to my account anymore like if it has never existed. I do not know what to do since I paid for my annual subscription + domain name beautyhair.salon.
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: Unknown -
Hi! Looks like it’s just under another account & different email, too.
Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that got your invoice, as well as the one that gets comment notifications and what not. You can try commenting on the site and checking all of your email addresses if needed.
Let us know if you need more help!

Hi!
When I try to log in, it just does not display my annual subscription. Like if it was another account. However, before modifying my password, I could not, identify because they said “no account under this mail address”. I was blocked, so I did the “recovery account”, and then I was able to connect but it looks like it is another account and not the same as before.. I am really lost and cannot understand… It is so weird -
You are still logged in to the wrong account. You created koalahoneyelektra78343 only 2 days ago.
You must completely log out from current account koalahoneyelektra78343 and log in again to your other account that bought the paid plan. -
@koalahoneyelektra78343 – you’re still logged in under the wrong account as we have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
If you have the transaction IDs from charges on the account that owns this website, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXYou can read more about what the account recovery process entails here:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
I hope that helps!
