Cannot get blog to work, narrative to connect, or showit plug-in.

  Hello. I purchased a website template for ShowIt using WordPress for blogging. I cannot get the blog to work. My site includes a ‘portfolio’ page that uses the blog feature. I have tried uploading a post to get it to feed into this page, and it is not working. I’ve sifted through several articles to troubleshoot the issue myself but cannot find anything that works. I also use Narrative to blog, and the plugin is not working or connecting. Also, do I need a show-it plugin? I do not have that on my plugins list and cannot seem to download it either. Please help!

  If you want to use plugins on wordpress.com you would need to use the business plan.
