Cannot get cacellation email

I cancelled the service and am supposed to get cancellation confirm email before get refund. But I don’t get anything. Also, my message never get replied except when word press want to get my money. I am so disappointed.

Also, I sent many messages and want to get a receipt or invoice for my bill, but never get reply either. At least I should know the details of the bill. Whatever I purchased online before from other websites, there is an email confirmation lists the details billed, but word press send me nothing, just charge money. Please also answer this question. Thanks.

Nobody has contacted me so far. It seems lagging is not that useful. Word Press does not care customer, only cares money.
My experience tells me that if you want to set up a website, better find a local one, at least has a telephone to contact. I don’t care how many users Word Press is bragging they have, Word Press is not a good choice. So, don’t use Word Press if you don’t want to waste your money.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. There are many waiting for Staff to respond to their threads tagged for Staff help and those threads were tagged long before this one was tagged. Staff work forward through threads in datetsamp order and as would be expected they service the earliest dated threads first. You have to be patient while waiting.

Just so we’re on the same page, are you looking to cancel/refund your purchase of WordPress.com Business, your purchase of google apps, or your registration of excel4analysis.com? Or are you looking to cancel and refund all purchases?
