Cannot Get 'Child' to display under 'Parent' on my menu

  I am trying to get the ‘child’ to display under the ‘parent’ on my menu. It is tagged as child but will not display and there is no way to know that the page I made exists, except for to look on my pages. Please help me. It is for the blog bingedoing. Thank you for your hard work!
