cannot get deleted site

I want the site facypancy.wordpress.com, but when i was creating a site it said it wasn’t available. I tried to search on the site, and I came to this site http://fancypancy.wordpress.com, which said following: fancypancy.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.I understand it like the one who had the site deleted it, and the site is no longer available for people to follow.
my question is, how can i get the address? is it possible for me to get that site?
Please help me, so i can start my blog life :-)

Hi there. Once a site is deleted, the blog address for that site cannot be reused by anyone, even the user who created it in the first place. This is to prevent someone from impersonating the user later on.
I see you’ve already chosen a similar blog address, which is what I would’ve suggested. You can also, if you’d like, register a similar domain name, and map it to your blog. Readers would only see the domain name, and not the wordpress.com blog address.

It means just buy the Custom Domain and Mapping upgrades and get fancypancy.com or .org or .me or whatever. Instructions are here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-a-domain/
