cannot get full refund

  i upgrade my free account to personel account. and i refund it in 7 hours. and i get notif only get refund 17.88% from 35.88%?
  why?
  help me please

  Once the upgrade has been cancelled, and as long as you are logged in with the username account that purchased the upgrade, your receipt will be in your Billing History here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing You can then print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from there.
