Cannot get Google Analytics to save in my Tools Settings

I have tried adding my GA ID into the Tools/Marketing traffic area on my site, it allows me to add it, and then save it, but it just never seems to save. It just refreshes and disappears.
Please advise as I upgraded to the Enterprise plan just to add this and I have submitted 2 help chats with no response.

There’s no content at the site you’ve mentioned. Is that the site you need help with?
If you have the WordPress.com Explorer plan or higher to use Analytics, you can follow this guide https://wordpress.com/support/google-analytics/
If that isn’t working for you, then try logging out and then logging back in to WordPress.com or try using a different browser. Make sure that 3rd party cookies and javascript are enabled.
