Cannot get help on account recovery

    I am trying to recover and pay for continued hosting and support of an account for domain gql.today, which has been switched off. I am no longer employed by the company under whose email domain I was registered, and my credit card has expired.

    When I go to the page which is designed for such situations it gives me a message saying that this domain is unknown to WordPress.com.

    However, if I try to create an account which claims that domain/URL, I get a message saying that it is owned already by WordPress.com.

    I cannot proceed to log my request to recover the account, therefore.

    Can someone on WordPress staff please help me establish contact to resolve this situation? I wish to settle outstanding amount for the last annual renewal and continue to obtain paid service from WordPress,
