cannot get hootsuite to see my blog

    I am getting this error when I try to setup WordPress as a network. ‘Error: Could not find your blog.
    The WordPress app for HootSuite supports WordPress.org sites V 3.4+
    Your WordPress site must be XML-RPC enabled’

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Since your blog is on fully-hosted WordPress.com, you need to add your blog as a social network. There’s a help page on HootSuite on how to add this.

    The error you encountered was because you tried to add WordPress as an app which only works for self-hosted WordPress.org, not fully hosted WordPress.com blog you currently have.
