Cannot get in touch with Wild west Registrar

    Hi, I’m moving to self hosted and need to notify my current registrar. However the phone lines are down and there is no online or email support. Seen as the domain [wkkitesurfproject.com] was purchased with the wordpress.com premium package i was hoping you guys can assist in the matter.

    My EPP has been approved but i only have 19 days before the domain expires, so i need it transferred ASAP before i loose it

    So I the phones came back online and I got in touch with Wild west domains who wordpress.com have resellers for their domains.

    After a short conversation I was told that the controlling registrar is in fact wordpress. This causes me concern, as I have no means of contact (other than this thread).

    Live chat support is rarely available.

    You can usually get WordPress staff response by typing modlook in the tags field. I will add that and hope that will expedite your request.

    Hi @conversationalfutures, I noticed you have quite a few tickets in our system. I’ll see if I can get those closed out so there’s just one — multiples can slow things down actually.

    I can see your domain is pending transfer currently, so it should finish up within the next few days. Were you planning on continuing to renew G-Suite through us?
