Cannot get into admin. Error locating autoloader. Please run composer install.

  Im moving my website over and getting used to using wordpress. I added a custom theme and not I cannot get into my admin panel to fix any issues.

  It gives me this error code

  Error locating autoloader. Please run composer install.

  I assume i’ll have to go through the ftp server, but I login using a code they send to my email, have no idea what the password is or what port to use etc.

  What are my options?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
