  I don’t know the answers to any of these questions:

  Please enter a receipt or transaction ID:
  Please enter an activation URL or key:

  The SEO firm that used to manage my account went AWOL. I don’t have any of this information. And….most importantly, I have zero clue what e-mails are associated with the website. Any help is much appreciated b/c it’s now impacting my business.
