cannot get into domain

  Okay, I’m not sure why but i used to be able to log in using my domain link. That was the easiest way for me, but now wordpress has changed things up. For some reason, my domain is not connected to my email.

  It has one of my domains, but it is inactive and i do not use, but I have another domain that is not connected. I went to Add New Site, I entered the domain, hit continue and now it is asking me to choose a plan?? I’ve already paid for the plan! Why is it asking me to choose between transfer your domain, or Connect your domain? Is it because I may be with Bluehost as my domain holder?
