Cannot get into my account to upgrade it

  I have tried all the ways that everyone has told me to try. I guess the email I signed up with is long since defunct. I’ve already done this round of support and I’ve already been contacted by automattic. I would like to chat with someone actually at the company to move my account (as was suggested by automattic) from dismgmt to whynobodybelievesthenumbers so that I can access it to upgrade.

  This has been going on for a week now. I just want to send you money. It’s amazingly hard.
