Cannot get into my own property anymore

    Hi there,

    my name is Daniel Neubauer and I am the founder and owner of the internet agency RED RAM MEDIA (www.redrammedia.com).

    One of my Virtual Assistants has setup this blog for our network of social profiles in April 2014. The blog is called: https://redrammedia.wordpress.com

    Now this VA has disappeared and I cannot log into the account because I have no login information.

    As you can see when you check the posts on that blog – all of them link to my agency site redrammedia.com and some of the citations or other social profiles.

    Since I cannot proof that this is my blog I can offer to show you that I am the owner of the agency RED RAM MEDIA and the domain redrammedia.com.

    It would really help us if we can get back the control of our own asset here.

    WordPressdotcom sites have a sole owner and that is the person who registered the site here. If you know and have control of the email address that was used to register the site here (you can try leaving a comment on that site to see if you receive a notification), you may try to regain access via the lost password form.

    But like I mentioned above the VA has disappeared and I don’t know the email he used.
    But since you can see that the blog only links to our properties – there must be some other ways of getting control of our WordPress property again.

    Hi there,

    If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a PayPal transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.

    In order to regain access to your account, the best bet is to try to find some way to contact the current owner to see if they are willing to transfer ownership over to you.

    I can e-mail the address associated with the account for you and see if the VA responds, if that would help.

    We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.

    However, if there’s personal information on your blog, I would be happy to set it to private for you so search engines and users can’t access it – just let me know.
