cannot get into proper dashboard

I have two wordpress sites. One also directs to my website but I cannot get to the dashboad. I have a dashboad but it has not got the standard options to choose. I am stumped I go to searchallnashvillehomes.com/wp-admin/ and never get to the true dashboard

This forum can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com servers such as https://acraftyrealtor.wordpress.com/ Your other site is hosted at GoDaddy and using the WordPress.org software. Perhaps that site is using the new Block editor and you’d prefer to install the Classic editor plugin? You’ll need to register an account and ask for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
