Cannot get into setup dashboard of my blog

  I started a blog and registered the name, and paid: lorigaulsellshomes.com For some reason now I cannot get back into the blog to work on the dashboard as I was just starting to set everything up. Please I need help. I’m not sure what I have done wrong, but I also don’t want to have to use another domain name.
