Cannot get into the admin and edit the website

    Hello, i cannot seem to open the wordpress admin page to edit the website.

    Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on mediatemple.net. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. I’m not sure if they provide any support/help for their customers.

    For help, I would contact them first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
