Cannot get link for password reset?

    Hello I have an account that I have not used in a while that I cannot Access. The password doesn’t work so I try to change the password.

    The prompt says that a link will be mailed to me and I never get an email.

    I created a new account to send this message by logining in by google.

    Hope someone can help as I want to re-access my WP admin.

    Thanks for that. We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You can also reset your password on that same page.

    If you’re unable to reset your password, you should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.
