Cannot get my affiliate ads to post correctly

WAHEDU set up my site.The simple task of getting my ads up seems to be impossible. I either get a blank page with FORBIDDEN in the top left of page, or it goes right back to my site, not to destination ad. I am thinking something is turned on or off? Watched many videos as i have no support from my support options. Tried that route for two weeks, still have no ads up! Also manage in live preview does not work, blank page. I have computer help from my husband, even he is frustrated with it. We were in the process of a do over with a dummy site so to speak, delete 2 files,rezip and upload when we realized i could not get signed in to my cpanel. Have a ticket submitted on the cpanel but not hopeful. Am i the only person on the planet that has these problems with wordpress? If i could at leasr get ads up would feel much better, but i tink its all related, maybe not the cpanel login, but the rest. Hoping someone out there can help.

Have been sending emails to wordpress support. I will try the org support. So far they only give me a ticket and some one sentence questions. The last time they said send me the link you are trying to post and i will try to figure out how to do it and get back to you in a few days. Thank you for the support info. I will keep trying.
