Cannot get my transfer code

I have requested the code multiple times and it never comes through. the domain shows ready but I cannot until I have the transfer code. I have emailed support multiple times and also do not hear back. I really need to get this resolved so I can move smoothly.

We haven’t received any recent support requests from the account you are currently logged in to — the last one was 7 months ago. Is there any chance you contacted us from another account? Which email address did you contact?
If you let me know which domain you need to transfer, I’ll look into this for you.

I have received a automated response every time I have sent in the email. This is the first time here that I have opened one

Thanks. I’ve looked into this for you and our system shows a transfer code was sent successfully. It was sent to the email address you used to register the domain — which is different to the email address you are using for your WordPress.com account (see Account Settings).
You can see which email address the transfer code was sent to on this page:
Please also check the spam folder for that account in case the email has ended up there.

Thank you and I checked that account and it was there. Sorry for the fire alarm as I dont use that account any longer.
