Cannot get PDF to attach to my post

  I have been trying to add a .pdf file to a post so that readers can click and download it to their computer.

  I have tried several different things and can’t even get it to show up on the post. It is in my media as I can see it there.

  During my last attempt, it somehow is now showing up on my blog, but as it’s own post.

  Is there a way for me to get it to show up for download on the blog post itself so that as they are reading the article, they can click the download right there?
