Cannot get refund

  I downgraded my plan within 30 day on 19 December 2020 but still cannot get refund until now. Is it due to long Christmas or new year holiday? ><

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  A refund usually takes up to 10 working days to appear on a bank statement.

  If it’s not appearing there, you would need to contact your financial institution as to where that is showing.
