Cannot get refund for cancelled domain name

    I cancelled my domain name within 24 hours of a yearly charge. The AI assistant said I should get a refund, but it didn’t happen automatically. The AI assistant said I needed to speak with a human, but I’ve been waiting for over a half an hour and no one has come to the chat. How can I reach a person? Can I send an email? I’m very frustrated that I’m spending my Sunday waiting for a person to appear.
