Cannot get rite of spammer

  Dear WordPress Team,
  I have a spammer what I cannot get rite off. I try to block this spammer with WangGuard and Wordfence but without any success. Here are the information from this spammer:

  bottes-femme-minelli.shastadatadirector.com
  prix-ugg-belgique.northcoastparks.com
  IP: 198.27.64.125

  I hope this problem can be solved asp

  http://www.fayouli.net does not appear to be a wordpress.com blog, so we cannot help you here.

  I’m the WangGuard Developer and that IP 198.27.64.125 is blocked since long time ago.

  @raincoaster, yes it is not a wp.com blog, my theme/s are hostet through wp.org . But to use Jetpack, I had to register with wp.com.

  @darkeorc, I know that the IP is blocked since a long time but this same person is popping up now every day.

  I was checking his links and it looks like that he also is using wp
  “http://bottes-femme-minelli.shastadatadirector.com/”

  I’m just wondering how this person can still write spam commends,
  even when I was disabling all commend section, blog and so on!?!?!?

  Anyway thank you very much for your responses
  Looks like have to find other solutions to stop this spam harassment’s.
