Cannot get the sign-in page to appear after SSL certificate upgrade.

  I am getting these warnings:
  W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/treasur1/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
