Cannot get the 'wp admin' or delete categories on posts

    I want to be able to:
    A. Be able to get/see the wp admin in the bouquet theme or revert back to original
    version.
    B. Also, I cannot delete categories in the new version of wordpress. This is not user
    friendly.
    C. How do you create a template from a post?
