Cannot Get Timeline blocks to center

Hi, I recently made a post where my timeline blocks are centered, and I would like to follow that format on a new post. Every time I hit preview they are all shifted to the left and I cannot figure out how to center the blocks.

You can center each block from its settings:

The general settings, for the whole post or page, though, will depend on your theme. Some themes will display the content as left-aligned, others may display it as centered.
