Cannot get to admin panel.

  I went into the general settings in my WP-admin panel and changed the site from http:// to https:// and can no longer access the admin portal (or website), I get an ‘ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR’ when I try. Is there another way to get in and change it back?

  (This is not one of my finer moments)
