https://tompotterphotography.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ is where you should be going for your blog’s dashboard (which is private and anyone else clicking on that link will not be able to enter your dashboard).
Your main site tompotterphotography.com is not hosted by WP.com, so we can’t help you with that.

I’d like to ask a follow-up question. I set up my GoDaddy-hosted site with a button that links to my WordPress Blog. On the WordPress Blog, can I set it up so that when I click on my site domain name (“Tom Potter Photography”) it jumps back to my site?
Thanks Again

You’re welcome.
As to your next question, since your WP.com site is Private, I cannot see exactly where you see to “click on my site domain name” or what theme you are using. Regardless there are a couple ways you can link to a site elsewhere. You can do this with a link in the sidebar in one of various widgets (text, image), or by using a Custom Menu and creating a Custom Link.

WordPress.com is a great place for showcasing photography and, unless you are primarily doing direct sales, can pretty much serve your needs.

OK, I will look into creating a link from WP to my Site, just as I have from my Site to WP. I am confused about you saying my WP is “private”. How do I make it public and / or what link would be my public link if the one we know of is private? Sorry for being a total dork about this.
