Cannot get Twitter Widget to connect with Twitter account

  I have been trying unsuccessfully to add the twitter widget. Using Internet Explorer but maybe an older version (7?) Once I got it as far as the step to log into twitter and give authorization it gives me an “Oops this action is expired” or something like that message. The app did somehow appear on my twitter though my twitter is not showing on my blog. I revoked permission, cleared cache and tried again and don’t even get to the authorization part now.

  I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong here.

  Thanks. I was finally able to get it work on a different PC with an updated browser.
