Cannot get WordPress DNS to actually forward to my EXCHANGE server.

  I am trying to get your DNS to send e-mail to my MICROSOFT EXCHANGE SERVER. I do this everyday on other DNS hosts. Yours is almost impossible, as I have been trying this for about a week now. I really need help with this. I need screenshots please. I have my own Exchange server. I know my external IP address. If I go to MXTOOLBOX.COM, it says “No A Record set up”. I have set up a records to go to “mail.” then pointed MX records to “Mail”. still doesnt work.

  Do you mean you are facing this problem despite following the steps documented in this support doc?
