Cannot had new page since yesterday

Many functionalities of my site quit working yesterday, in particular the “Add new page button”. This button now does nothing. In Edge when I click it, I get an error pop up saying “Please check your Primary Site Jet pack connection” with a link to wp-admin. In wp-admin everything seems fine.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Also same error with the “Add new post” button.
This effectively prevents me to add any content to my site.

The same error also prevents me from getting help through the live chat. The live chat is down, with the following message:
“We had trouble loading the support information for your account. Please check your internet connection and reload the page, or try again later.”
My internet connection is just fine, BTW.

Hi there! I checked your site briefly but wasn’t able to replicate the issue directly; if you first visit WP Admin and then after that use the WordPress.com interface to try to add a new page, do you find the error persists?

Thank you, when I do as suggested, I get the following pop up error message: “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection” and a wp-admin link.
When I go to wp-admin all seems fine.

I wasn’t able to replicate that on my end; your site is working for me at the moment from the WordPress.com interface as well as from wp-admin!
However I refreshed the Jetpack connection for your site and checked to make sure the SSL certificate is up and running (it is!) – at the moment everything appears as it should; although now when you go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact it should say “email us” rather than directing you to the forum.
If you’re still encountering the error messages, please do feel free to take a screenshot of them, and add them to your Media library so we can review them! We do have a guide for that here:

OK, it works now, thanks. After the Jetpack connection was reset I had to log out, clear cache, remove the cookies, and now it does work.
