cannot import from blogger,or update core plugin,theme

  cant update core install update theme/plugins import from blogger says already imported but nothing imported and button changes to author. while trying update anything site goes to maintainance mode and back nothing changed updated no plugin except aksimet activated

  Your site is not hosted by WordPress.com. We cannot help you here with that site. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  thanks time thief the problem is solved it was my sever at speedhost.in facing a ddos attack and my site was among affected server thanks for you suggestion anyway
