  cannot import my old site’s blog posts to new site – please assist

  Howdy ramblingsonofaninfertile!
  Can you provide the link from where you are importing and the new place where you export?
  Also, let us know what is the problem you are facing?

  In the meanwhile, here is some useful information.
  You can import just the Posts content by selecting Posts only, here is the guide to help you with it Import

  You can then just move the content to your new blog, using these guidelines Export

  I can’t see any stalled imports on ramblingsonofaninfertile.wordpress.com. Is this the site you would like to import your content to? What is the URL of your current site?

  Once I know more, I’ll take a look.

  hi, i had an old site, which which i exported the content and got the zip file to my email. I saved this file and then went to settings, import and uploaded the file, but when i try to import it to my new site (ramblingsonofan infertile, i get error below..

  This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number
  Try another file or contact support.
