Cannot Import Template

  Hello.
  I paid £240 today, for a business package.
  Domain is http://WWW.LAZYSCROG.COM.
  However, when I go into the dashboard, I am still being asked to ‘upgrade’, and I do not seem to have any means of uploading the template I just bought from Astra.
  According to google, I should see an ‘add new’ button under APPEARANCE > THEMES.
  I can’t see any means of adding my template.
  Please help.

  Hi @lazyscrogger! Our system says you bought the plan then canceled shortly after that. The charge was likely reversed. Did you cancel it on your side?

  Also, I am wondering if the answer you found in Google was for WordPress.com sites. Our menus can be slightly different, but you would have the right to add an Astra theme with the plan you had. You would generally add a new theme here.
