Cannot install / activate plugin from Woo Account

    FMW Addons – Shop as Customer. Shows as available to install in customer’s Woo account. I click to add to store, install. It shows but says it has no subscription. I click that which takes me back to client’s Woo account and it says it’s available to install. Going in circles. FME said it’s a Woo issue. Woo will not provide support without paying. Any way to get this done? Only thing I can imagine is I bought the app, then transferred to my client’s Woo account. It is showing as active and available to add to store in their account., This should not be this difficult. It’s hung up somewhere and won’t let go / install on the right URL.

    Hi there!

    After looking into this, my guess is that there’s a discrepancy between the Woo account that the site is connected to and the Woo account with the license. However, in order to know for sure, you’ll want to reach out to the Woo Support folks. You should be able to do this either from your Woo account, or the client’s Woo account, and then they can diagnose what’s going on and how that license is being managed. As long as that extension was purchased on the Woo Marketplace (and it sounds like it was) they should be able to help out with license issues.
