Cannot install Elementor Pro plugin

  Hi, I am working on a project that requires elementor pro. I have installed basic elementor, but when trying to install the zip file to wordpress, it shows an error message, ‘Something is wrong!’. Could you please see to this urgently?

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com. 

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
