Cannot Install Plugins via Zip file

    The area where it asks me to drag and drop the file is simply greyed out and receives no files (zips).

    I even upgraded my Plan to Creator….

    Cleared cached, cleared browsing data, tried multiple Browsers too.

    I am trying to download Thrive Themes Product Manager

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi,

    I’ve activated the hosting features that come with your Creator plan and you should now be able to install plugins via zip file :)
