Cannot install theme

  The INSTALL THEME for step 3 here:

  Does not appear. I’ve uploaded all the theme files via FTP to the /themes folder on the site

  Help?

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org:

  You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer:

  I purchased the custon Design Upgrade and am hosting on our server.

  The INSTALL THEME option is still not available. Any help?

  Themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com — that’s a feature of self-hosted sites that are running the free WordPress.org software.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

  Are you sure? I used an FTP to upload the site to my CeBeyond hosting.

  If you’re also using a different hosting provider, you’ll want to contact them regarding your hosting account.

  Since your domain isn’t registered here at WordPress.com, you can update your name servers at your registrar’s website. You can obtain these name server values from your new hosting provider.
